receiving protocol

How can I write a protocol for receiving equipment from the company I work
for and that I'm obligated to return it if my contract is canceled. I'm sure
that there are idioms which should be in the text, but I don't know them
because I'm not native speaker.

Ask the company you work for. Your question has nothing to do with
"using" Microsoft Office applications.
