Receiving 'reported error (0x800CCC93):' The Server responded

I have been receiving the error for the past three day. I have been unable to receiving mail for the same duration. I've talked to my ISP Ameritech and they point the finger to Microsoft.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with all of the service packs that are available. Nothing seems to solve the problem for me. Because my mail is just backing up because of this error I am now desperate for some help here. If i'm the only person in the world experinceing this problem I would be very surprised.

What does the error message mean? How do I resovle it? What must I do to prevent from happing again?

I've tried everything to resovle this and I've had no luck.

Can some one please provide some assitants.
