Receiving same email twice

I have recently upgraded my Mother's email facility from Outlook Express to the full Outlook programme. Since then she has
been receiving every email twice. Is there a setting somewhere to prevent this from happening?

Check the mail account settings to not leave a copy on the server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
