receiving same emails 5x

I am intermittently receiving emails 5x. I called our webmail service and
they said it is a know outlook problem that has recently occurred and that I
would need to contact Microsoft for how to fix the problem. Does anyone know
how to fix this?

Thanks for the info. I will try the virus scan recommendation. I just do
not understand why this would have just started happening on multiple
computers with different setups. I will let you know if this seems to help.
