Recent Files Incorrect

We use a Term Serv 2k3 und Office Premium SR-1 and suddenly the recent file
List in Word and Excel of one user is showed by all other Users. If you open
new documents the recent files is getting updated but on the next day the
files are still changed back to the recent files of this one special user.

The user don´t have any Admin rights or something similar.

can anybody help me?
