Recentering of forms on open database

I am trying to open another database from a command button
in a separate access database. I have used the hyperlink
option but I can't get the form(from newly opended
database) to center in access. The form is already set to
resize and recenter but always shows up in top left corner
of screen.

Any ideas would help
