Receptionis sees duplicate of other's calendar showing up in Outlook 2k3 connected to Exchange 2k3?

Hello,

I'm running Outlook 2k3 with all the patches/sps and Exchange 2k3 with all
the patches/sps. Our receptions views/edits multiple users' calendars from
her outlook profile when she clicks on calendar. The issue is ever now and
then a duplicate of other user's calendar shows up - so she sees the real
John Doe's calendar and a second John Doe's calendar. One is the active one
and one is a useless duplicate that is not up to date by teh end of the day.
Right click and delete clears up the duplicate (can't delete the active
calendar). The problem is why does it keep returning (within a week) and
how do we prevent it.
