Receving email to a web site

I know I can add a form w/FP and send it out from my web site.
Any way to receive email to a web site? virus-free ones of course.

Listserv's are web based right? I'd like to direct my web users to a central
location where they can select from email attachments that are automatically
sent to this central location.

Is there a good, inexpensive and common Listserv software for web site's
where it accepts attachments?

You will need to check with your web host as they would have to install a mail server that supports
what you want.
