Recheck the project

how can I kick someone out and recheck the project. I have
administrative rights. However, the user name which has
checkout the project is not visible in the user's list on
web access...!!

In PWA go to Admin / Manage enterprise features. In the
left pane you will see a link to "Check in enterprise
projects". Following this link will display any checked
out projects and allow you to check them back in.
