Recieving alot of timeout errors

I have been recieving a lot of timeout errors lately.

Task 'Hotmail: Folder: 'A timeout occurred while communicating with the
server.'

This happens to all the folders at different times and when it does
download, I have trouble moving to folders.

Any one seen this
