I have been trying to install Project server and it keeps failing 75% though
installation. So I unextended the sharepoint server for other reasons and
removed alterations that were made to it by wsswiz. Now when I try to run
wsswiz to configure the new virtual server I get the error that it could not
connect to the configuration database. The only thing different this time is
that SharePoint is running under Secure Sockets Layer.
