I currently have two email accounts in my Outlook Email. One of them is mine,
and the other is my mothers. The problem is all of our email's are going to
the same inbox. Is there a way to have two inboxes? That way when people
email me they will go to a certain foler, and then when people email her they
will go to another folder that way we aren't getting confused?

Is this one account with 2 aliases? If yes, all you can do is use rules to filter mail into separate folders for you and your mother.

I am not 100% sure, but I do think that it is two separate accounts. But in
case its not, you said that I can use rules to filter the emails? How would I
go about doing that?

In Help, look up "create a rule"
