Recieving other people's email.

I have one person who sometimes get's email meant for other people. I check
the header and it's supposed to go to another person's mailbox. the person it
supposed to go to does not get the email.

outlook XP and 2003, I use MS EXCHANGE SP2.

well, the person that should have recieved it didn't. The message originated
from an outside email address, as well

Probably an MS Exchange configuration issue. You might want to ask this
question in an Exchange newsgroup.
