[recipiant name] field on page two - how do I access to complete?

Using template proposal found on Microsoft site - has page two field hidden
called [Receipiant Name]. Cannot see in page layout, only on print preview
and of course when printout. Cannot determine how to access to enter name.
Does not carry over from page one.
