When I send a word document attached to my email (netscape
mail server), recipients frequently complain when they
cannot open the attachment. I emailed a document to myself at 2
different email addresses, and when I clicked on the
attachment icon, the word screen opened with nothing on it,
and the menu bar blinked. I could only exit w/
cntrl/alt/delete - and ending activity w/ taskmaster.
Any ideas about this problem>
