Many people who get e-mail from me complain that extra characters and letters
are showing up in e-mails from me, making them difficult to read. One person
even says he gets a prompt to download the Japanese language pack. It
doesn't happen to everyone, and no one else that uses Outlook complains, but
I'd like to resolve it if possible. I've checked my settings, and they are
set up for English (US), so I know that is not the problem. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
