recommendation on book

Would anyone have a book or website they could recommend
that goes into very specific detail on Conditional
formatting and formula creation. The other option would
be if anyone has a recommendation on an excel expert that
I can hire to create the formulas I need created.

Thanks, frantically needing assistance.

to "experts". Lots of them!

Why not post what it is that you want to do?

and I am sure you will get some help, always state the problem clearly as to
what you want the formula to do, examples and expected results are always
helpful , and post what version of excel you are using.
