Dear OutLookers:
After a recent "upgrade" to Outlook 2003, I can't figure out how to manually
tell OutLook to record an Outlook Item (usually just a Sent or Rcv'd Email)
in my Journal.
Past renditions of Outlook had a toolbar button as well as a keyboard
(Ctrl+J) method for doing this simple task. The command would cause
Outlook's Journal to capture the E-mail's subject line as te Journal-entry's
subject. It would also capture the email's transmission time, as well as the
contacts involved.
Could/would anyone please advise how I can again use this simple (manual)
Journaling functionality in Outlook 2003?
