Record level protection for ASP Frontpage and MS Access

I want to set up a membership website where all members will be able to
view postings by all others, but where the individual members will be
restricted from editing to their respective individual records.

I want the users to be able to upload photos as well.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

Do you mean a BLOG, or something like a discussion forum (or both?).

There's plenty out there. Try searching www.hotscripts.com for blogs,
forums, portals, membership
