Record Narration audio level problems!

Hello, I'm having trouble using the record narration. I can record fine, but
the audio is extremely quiet. When I use sound recorder to record my voice
and then insert it into PowerPoint, it is perfectly clear and loud. But when
I use the record narration in PowerPoint, it isn't. What is the problem?
I've tried the numerous qualities and even tried the highest record quality
in PowerPoint, but nothing works. I have tried doing the same thing on a
different computer and it works fine. Could it be a computer problem?

Your better off doing your recording outside of PowerPoint and then
inserting your sounds.
