Record omission

I have a report based on a query. the query shows one record more than the
report. We group on three fields and two records share the same data on the
grouped fields. The report deletes one record though it counts it in my
totals. I have combed the properties but don't see anything teling me to hide
duplicates. How can I get this report to show all the query records?

Does your report's record source query display the correct number of records?
Are you displaying your field values in text boxes in the Detail Section of a
Group Section?

That was correct. I had moved some things around and di not placed a couple
in the details section. Great call!
