I have a tracking system where my employees enter dates tasks were
accomplished. I would also like to know the time these dates are being
entered in the database, and they enter about 10 different dates altogether
(the process goes to 10 different organizations).
This will be used to assess efficiency between organizations and find
bottlenecks, but simply getting the employees to enter times with dates has
proven unreliable. How do I take the human factor out of this and meet the
intent of having a precision tracking system?
Please help!
