Recorded Broadcast restarts each slide several times

When a veiwer logs into my previously recorded broadcast
the slides restart several times before moving to the
next slide. Does anyone know what might have cause that?

The broadcast was produced in the Windows Office XP
programs.

Hi,

I've seen it, hate it, can't fix it, and so really don't know how to
approach this to get a solution. It is the same in 2003, by the way.

Maybe you could try Producer.
