Recording presentation

I am trying to record a presentation (narration), but I want to be able to view the presenter tools while I do it. Otherwise, the only way I can see the upcoming transition point is from the small slides in the "Normal" view.

Also, is there a way to pause the audio recording and restart, or do I have to do it perfectly one time through?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You might find it easier to record the audio using a second application,
such as Audacity (free), while running presenter tools. That way you can
edit the recording and add in as a sound file. When I do this, I
record one slide at a time.
