Recording telephone conversations

I am using OneNote 2010. Does any one know if it is possible to record telephone conversations? Some of my conference calls are at my desk on a wireless plantronics headset. Or I could pick up the receiver. However, I am not in an area that is private to have it on speaker.

In some of the research I have been doing on this, I heard it mentioned that obtaining a "Recorder Control" or a "Wireless Phone Recording Control" would work. I am now looking into that. Does anyone out there have any experience using one of these devices?
