Records to show multiple columns

I currently use Access to manager our Direct Mailing Campaigns. I would like
to show customer reponses for each campaign. At the moment I have separate
tables for each given campaign. For example:

Table1 may have:
Customer ID JUNE Mailer Responded
100232 Y
100233 Y
100234

Table2:
Customer ID AUGUST Mailer Responded
100232
100233 Y
400244 Y

How do I go about creating a table/query showing separate Mailer Response
columns for each customer ID with data showing whether they responsed for
each Mailing campaign.
