Recordset doesn't work

I'm trying to do a simple recordset command of opening a table from within
Microsoft Access and it's not working. The table is a linked ODBC table from
an IBM DB2 database that would require a log in when the table tries to open.
It appears nothing is wrong with the link because I can open the table
manually just fine and change records as needed. Is there some limitation or
problem with the rst.OpenRecordset being used??
