Recover deleted folder

I had previously deleted a folder thinking I no longer needed it. I now
realize that there was one particular file within that folder that I actually
need. How can I recover the folder that I deleted.

Please advise and thank you in advance

you shall use data recovery tools (bunch of them are available for example,
at download.com, search for recovery)

One of my friens have the same problem but he got a Mac-computer. What
software is there for Mac for recovery problems??
