Recover Deleted Items with Outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5. In the past
with Outlook 2000 and XP, I've set the DumpsterAlwaysOn
key to 1 to enable recovering items from all mailbox
folders.

This doesn't seem to work with Outlook 2003. I even
created the registry structure required, but no luck.
Anyone know how to enable this with Outlook 2003 and
Exchange 5.5? (Yes, it's enabled on theh Exchange server
too.)
