Recover deleted Pop3 emails

Can I recover a deleted Pop3 email frm my local .PST file. (Outlook
2000/2003) after I emptied the 'Deleted Items' folder by mistake, or has it
gone for good?

You can try Recover My Email from getdata.com. Just keep in mind that the
more you use the PST file, that it becomes increasingly difficult to recover
items because Outlook will reuse the whitespace.

ps - this program doesn't work on the new "unicode" pst files that outlook
2003 can create.
