Recover Items In Outlook 2002

Hi all.

I have mistakenly deleted all of the items in my Inbox with a hard delete.
Is there anyway I can recover those items from the PST file I am using or
are they gone forever? I found an article on the Knowledge Base pertaining
to this situation but that only applied to Outlook clients that directly
attach to an Exchange Server.

Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

If you permanently deleted them, you are probably out of luck. However, see
