Recover Outlook 2007 Business Contacts from crashed hard drive

Hi,

My laptop hard drive crashed and will not boot. However, I can see
the files on it and retrieve them when I plug the drive into an
external housing. Can anybody guide me through the process of copying
everything over from my old Outlook 2007 to my new installation? I'm
particularly concerned about the Business Contact Manager piece, as I
understand that business contacts are not saved in the same way as
normal contacts. Can they still be retrieved, along with the records
that have been attached to them (e.g., notes, phone logs, etc.)?

My deepest gratitude to anyone who can guide me through this!

Best wishes...

....Jay

To recover the outlook data file you simply locate the outlook *.pst files
(you may have to 'take ownership' - see win help) then copy those data files
to your Documents folder, then within Outlook open them
As to BCM try a post to the BCM specific group for the exact procedure.

And next time instigate a backup procedure to external media
