-recover unsaved Word document -

[help in CA]

MS Office 2003 Pro in XP Home Edition.
I was working on a very important document. I was online with other word
doc's open and using the copy and paste feature. Suddenly my computer crashed
and re-started. I was no longer online and the word document which I was
working on was gone. Can I recover this?

PLEASE HELP...

Unfortunately if you didn't save it there is nothing to recover. My motto
is, the more important the document the more I save.
