recovering address book after update

How do I recover my address book from my Outlook 2000? I forgot to save it
before I installed the 2003 update.

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

Find the pst file that was used and make that your default file for 2003.
Once you find the pst go to Control Panel\Mail\Data Files
