Recovering from hardware crash

Hello,

I have (had?) MS Outlook 2007 installed on XP. It ran fine, no real issues.

Unfortunately, my hard drive died. I thought I was lucky and had a recent
backup. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it, the PC would just
blue-screen...

Anyhow, I moved the data that was restored, looks to all be there, to
another PC that's running Win 7.

How, if at all possible, can I recover my email messages?

I looked for a pst file under \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 and
didn't see a *.pst file.

But for all I know, the data isn't in a PST file or isn't kept here.

Any suggestions?

Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
