recovering lost file

Not only did I make sure the autosave was checked (set for every 10 min),
but, I also manually saved frequently. As soon as I tried to upload my
project, my info was gone!! The only thing available was the outline I
started with. Please, please help!!!

If you go to the File menu or the Office button, and click on the file y're
looking at. Does that works?
