recovering Ms office

have lost ms office after a system recovery. I only have the product
identification code. reason for rec is bought a laptop 2nd hand.

Hi, netti94,

Do you have CDs? If not, you will need to get them from the place where you
purchased the system.

If the system is second hand, you should have received the discs from the
original owner. If you didn't get them, you need to decided whether you
"paid" for Office or whether you got a good enough deal to account for
buying a retail version of Office.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have the cd, I printed out the Registered
Software list before I ran the recovery, and Office and PID is there. Now
it's not there and I don't know what I can do.....

Looks like you need to buy a retail copy if Office. The good thing is that
you will know where your disk is and that it is a legal copy, and make sure
you keep the sticker with the product key! ;-)
