Recovering my old mailbox

I upgraded my computer from Windows 98 to XP Home, and also installed Office
2003. I lost my old Outlook email box, and want to find out how to recover
my old emails. Any help would be most appreciated

Search the .pst file. And open it in the outlook once it's been found.
