Recovery Folder 8082?

I ran scanpst as the error message directed. I did recover the message in
the Inbox, but the Inbox disappered and the recovered messages appeared in
Recovery Folder 8082.

I moved the messages from that folder back to a newly created Inbox, but new
message continue to appear in the recovery folder and the system will not let
me delete the recovery folder.

How do I return Outlook 2003 back to "normal operation"?
