If you just pressed or clicked on Delete, then the document should be in
your recycle bin. If you pressed Shift+Delete or Shift+Clicked on delete,
then it is probably gone forever. You can try using a utility such as
Undelete, but you need to stop using your computer until you have use such a
utility as it may be overwritten on the hard drive.
