We have a number of customized templates in our startup directory that are set as read-only. Whenever a user's Word crashes and performs autorecovery, it not only recovers their document(s), but also recovers anything in the startup directory, since those are seen as "open" documents/templates when Word crashed (even though they have no rights to edit them). We don't want these templates to recover.
