Recovery???

Word 2002
When I try to open it or a document it get a recovery
panel and it asks me which i want to open. Before I can,
an error message comes up. the info that he reports
refers to ModName: hpzntp05.dll. I don't know what this
means. then it's gone an the same thing happens again.
What can I do to stop this?

The problem appears to be with an HP printer (or scanner) driver. Try
deleting and reinstalling the printer.
