rectangle shape duplicates as a rounded rectangle

hi, when i duplicate a rectangle shape, it duplicates as a rounded rectangle
shape. how do i fix this??

Sounds like you have a corner setting for the line. Slect the shape, Choose
Line for the Format menu and see what the "Corner" setting is.
