Recurrance Pattern-schedule the fifth day of every month?

Hello,
I have a user that would like to schedule a meeting for the fifth day of
every month (to fall during business days). In the Recurrance Pattern
screen, you select Monthly and only allows up to the fourth day. Is there a
way to schedule every fifth day? Thank you.

If it's not in the recurrence pattern, you can't select it. You'd need a
