Recurrence of meeting every second and fourth Thursday?

Is there a way to set up a recurring meeting every second and fourth Thursday
of every month without having to set up two different meetings using the
monthly occurrence (i.e. one for the second Thursday of each month and one
for the fourth Thursday of each month)?

Can't use the weekly and recur every 2 weeks because some months have three
Thursdays and then it throws the whole schedule off.

that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
