Recurring Anniversaries but I want it to show the yr & update ea y

I need to track, in Outlook, recurring anniversaries but I want it to show
the year and update the number each year.

Example on Calendar:
2010 Calendar
Robert - 8 year anniversary
2011 Calendar
Robert - 9 year anniversary

Is this possible?
