Hi,
I have a secretary that is trying to modify a recurring appointment in her
boss's calendar, but she gets the error 'Cannot open this item Operation
failed' when she attempts to modify or delete any recurring appointment in
his calendar. This has just started happening, it work prefectly before. No
changes to permissions in anyway. She has delegated permissions to his
mailbox via Outlook, and Editor rights to his calendar folder. I have
re-created her profile, restarted Outlook and her PC, but this hasn't worked.
She can see other recurring appointments in other calendars, but not her
bosses. The boss has no trouble modifying these recurring appointments.
We are running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003SP1
Any ideas on what I can try?
