A SPAM mail has been generated from an authenticated source and is repeatedly
being delivered to our main email address. I want to get rid of it
completely!

You can't control what is being send to you. You can however control what is
actually being deliverd. Server and or clientside spamfilters and
virusscanners can do this for you. On a certian level you can also use
Tools-> Wizard Rules/Rules and Alerts to control this.
