Recurring Event In Calendar Changes Time +6 Hours

I'm using Entourage '08 and have it set to sync through MobileMe with iCal, Outlook on my PC and my iPhone. If I enter a recurring event in Entourage with a time stamp (not an all day event) after the first sync it will advance the time by 6 hours - only in Entourage. The time in iCal, MobileMe and Outlook will remain correct. I've had this issue for some time using both Leopard and Snow Leopard. Also have the latest updates to Office '08. Oh, I'm in Mountain Time.

Any Ideas??
