Recurring-event question

I'm on a board that meets the second Tuesday of every month. A
recurring event can easily be set on the Calendar.

Is there a way to automatically set (for a committee meeting) "the
Friday before the second Tuesday of every month"? Sometimes that
falls on the first Friday of the month, sometimes the second. I think
I'm going to have to set these meetings manually.
